Prices below are for online registration only.
Online registration closes on Wednesday, August 11th at midnight.

5 Day Entry (Includes Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Driver Entry: $275

3 Day Entry (Includes Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

5 Day Entry cost after August 11th will be $285 for Driver Entry and $265 for each Passenger.
3 Day Entry cost after August 11th will be $235 for Driver Entry and $215 for each Passenger.
All registrations after August 11th will be conducted at the event and do not include an event t-shirt.

If you have multiple groups and people coming with you, EVERY DRIVER MUST complete an entry form with just their passengers. (For example, if there are two UTVs in your group, you must fill out two complete registrations for the driver of each UTV and his/her passengers in their UTV)

Passenger Details

Registration for 12 years old and younger is free but does not include meals, raffle ticket or an event t-shirt. Meals for our under age guests can be purchased seperatly.

Additional event t-shirts can be purchased for $20 each.

All passengers regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. All passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.

A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy. Click here to download.

Refund Policy

We understand that it may not always be possible to join us for the Fun Run, even after you have registered. Under the new refund policy, $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds will be issued up to August 11th (excluding the $25 non-refundable), and 50% will be refunded after August 11th. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Last day to register online is Tuesday, August 10th at midnight. After that date the price goes up and you will need to register at the event

OHV Sticker: An off-highway vehicle decal is required to be purchased each year for operation of any vehicle operated on unimproved roads, trails and approved use areas not suitable for conventional two-wheel-drive vehicular travel. Examples include All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), trail motorcycles and dirt bikes. Please be advised UTV Offroad Adventures will not be held responsible for any guests vehicles that are cited. Poker Run:

Part of the proceeds go to AZ Kids Experience supporting the Phoenix Children's Hospital. You can purchase 1 hand for $20 or 6 hands for $100.

Registration includes one free raffle ticket for the driver and each passanger over 13 years of age.
